About the role
- Energy Management Analyst focused on controlling energy costs and managing operational efficiencies for Aegea's energy generation. Collaborating across teams to optimize energy management processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control operational energy costs (OPEX) for operations, supporting budget reviews and cost-efficiency studies.
- Monitor the performance of power generation plants and migrations to the Free Energy Market (ACL).
- Manage energy systems and billing, ensuring accuracy and organization of information.
- Develop reports, financial analyses and provide technical support for projects and PGVs related to the area.
- Support operational units in energy management, addressing questions, analyses and technical requests.
- Interpret invoices, electrical quantities and consumption data.
- Assist the holding company's team with activities related to energy management and internal processes.
- Perform operational activities in the migration processes to the free market, ensuring tracking of deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in data handling and analysis of energy information.
- Practical knowledge of interpreting energy invoices and reading electrical measurements.
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Brazilian electricity sector.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (intermediate Excel).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Indaiatuba, SP.
- Desired:
- Knowledge of programming languages, SQL or other data analysis tools.
