About the role

• Client Consultant managing complex design-related projects and communications in a corporate setting. Collaborating with stakeholders and guiding project execution with clarity and structure.

Responsibilities

• Operational management and coordination of design-related projects in the executive board environment
• Primary point of contact for executive offices, executive assistants and Brand Management
• Close alignment between client – agency – and internal design and account teams
• Responsible for briefing, prioritization, scheduling, scope and status communication
• Provide proactive and transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation in shared tools
• Sensitive expectation- and boundary-management in high-pressure, complex settings
• Solution-oriented communication

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, account management or advisory roles, ideally in an agency or corporate environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Confident presence, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and structured even in time-critical or politically sensitive situations
• Understanding of complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel for regular and occasionally short-notice appointments
