Requirements
- Bringing around experience in major programmes across consultancy and complex infrastructure
- Expertise in Target Operating Models, organisational change, and maturity assessment
- Experience of supporting PMO, transformation, and strategy initiatives
- Working confidently with senior stakeholders
- Experience across the full programme lifecycle
- Design and refine Target Operating Models
- Conduct robust maturity assessments
- Planning and delivering organisational change interventions
- Develop and document best practices for programme teams and PMOs
- Provide strategic advice on business transformations and portfolio management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Apply strong analytical thinking to deliver insights
- Technical excellence in your area of expertise
- Ideally hold or be working towards APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPP, MoP, MSP, or PRINCE2 certifications
