About the role

  • HR Business Partner collaborating with finance and legal teams to shape people strategy. Driving performance and enhancing engagement while supporting Heathrow's organizational vision.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering closely with Directors and Leadership Teams to shape and deliver the people strategy
  • Coaching and influencing business leaders to enhance colleague and team performance
  • Interpreting business strategies to develop actionable people strategies supporting function objectives
  • Providing expert advice and partnering with Centres of Excellence and other Business Partners
  • Owning strategic workforce planning and talent management including succession planning

Requirements

  • Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior leadership teams with a proven track record of coaching and developing people, teams, functions to higher performance
  • Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward preferably in a unionised environment
  • Experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment
  • In depth experience in managing and embedding Change from an HR perspective
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent work experience
