Responsibilities
Partnering closely with Directors and Leadership Teams to shape and deliver the people strategy
Coaching and influencing business leaders to enhance colleague and team performance
Interpreting business strategies to develop actionable people strategies supporting function objectives
Providing expert advice and partnering with Centres of Excellence and other Business Partners
Owning strategic workforce planning and talent management including succession planning
Requirements
Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior leadership teams with a proven track record of coaching and developing people, teams, functions to higher performance
Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward preferably in a unionised environment
Experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment
In depth experience in managing and embedding Change from an HR perspective
Relevant HR qualification or equivalent work experience
