Responsibilities
Produce, analyze and activate customer data to optimize the effectiveness of our CRM actions and care pathways.
Upstream: contribute to segmentation, targeting and campaign preparation.
Downstream: perform performance analyses (impact, ROI, insights) and provide concrete recommendations to strengthen retention and customer engagement.
Implement and maintain relevant customer segmentations (behavioral, transactional, care pathway-based, etc.).
Identify target audiences for CRM campaigns (email, SMS, notifications, etc.) in line with business and relationship objectives.
Develop scoring models / prioritization rules to optimize communication actions.
Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and communications (relationship, business and engagement KPIs) and conduct in-depth post-campaign analyses: uplift, attribution, ROI.
Provide concrete recommendations for continuous improvement of journeys and messaging.
Ensure the quality and reliability of customer data (integrity, enrichment, structuring).
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a CRM / Customer Data Analyst, preferably in retail, healthcare or services.
Strong command of data manipulation and query tools (SQL required).
Proficiency with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Familiarity with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Imagino at Sevetys, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, etc.).
Ability to interpret data and formulate actionable, business- and customer-experience-oriented recommendations.
