Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
Drive adoption of Digital Twin technology and embed a culture of change
Support technical teams with process and change management
Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and training
Monitor change effectiveness and manage risks
Support other strategic innovation projects as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in delivering change for complex digital/data projects
Skilled in translating complex concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Proactive mind set with the ability to solve problems
Background in water/wastewater operations is desirable
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement
Excellent planning, communication, and analytical skills
Full UK driving licence
