About the role

  • Digital Marketing Product Owner managing product evolution and strategies at Sentry. Driving innovation in customer-facing digital solutions aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and operational planning.
  • Successfully execute against a variety of product initiatives across all stages of a product's lifecycle.
  • Define product strategy and vision and develop a high-quality, clear product roadmap.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analyses into product requirements.
  • Identify objectives and key results and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics.
  • Gather information and data to guide build-buy-partner options.
  • Serve as the “translator” for both the customer and market and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand how to leverage design thinking, UX, and other frameworks.
  • Prioritize initiatives and get commitments from internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, with a strong focus on KPIs and metrics preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or other agile development workflow tools, along with digital road mapping solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cloud products, architecture, microservices, and concepts preferred.
  • Experience in data-driven products and iterative development preferred.
  • Understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple customer-facing digital/technology products.
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, users, and landscape of digital products and applications.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical aptitude.
  • Experience fostering a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
