About the role

  • Help Desk Technician providing hands-on technical support in a mixed office and production environment at Sentinel Technologies. Deploying hardware and assisting daily IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • provide hands-on technical support in a mixed office and production floor manufacturing environment
  • support end users
  • deploy and maintain hardware
  • assist with daily IT operations across an enterprise infrastructure that includes Cisco and Juniper networking, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop support
  • Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment (direct or support-based)
  • Exposure to VMware or other virtualized environments is beneficial
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of wired and wireless network connectivity
  • Hands-on experience with end-user hardware support, including desktop and laptop break/fix, peripherals, imaging, and deployment
  • Understanding the process of onboarding and offboarding user accounts and equipment
  • Familiarity working with ticketing systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
