About the role

  • Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
  • Assist in implementing local and global HR initiatives locally.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all local positions and other international ones when needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist responsibilities
  • Proven knowledge of Hungarian labor law and HR compliance.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international company or multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
