About the role
- HR Specialist overseeing recruitment and HR compliance at a medical device company in Hungary. Supporting local and global HR initiatives while managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
- Assist in implementing local and global HR initiatives locally.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all local positions and other international ones when needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Source candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist responsibilities
- Proven knowledge of Hungarian labor law and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
- Experience working in an international company or multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
