Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy – Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Positioning & Messaging – Define and refine Sensewaves' value proposition, ensuring clear and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing – Drive inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects into customers.
  • Content & Thought Leadership – Oversee the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts) to establish Sensewaves as an industry leader.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing – Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media engagement, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Sales & Product Collaboration – Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Event & Partner Marketing – Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and networking.
  • Brand Management – Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and measure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Inbound / Content Marketing Strategy
  • CRM & marketing tools (HubSpot)
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Marketing automation and email marketing
  • Social media marketing and advertising
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Brand management and development
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous work experience in the energy sector (preferred)
