About the role
- Senior Program Manager leading integration and management of digital systems for SEMI Foundation. Collaborating with vendors, stakeholders, and program teams for effective technology delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end configuration, integration, and evolution of Salesforce, Monday.com, 3rd party platforms, and associated reporting tools supporting NNME
- Define system architecture and sequencing to ensure platforms are implemented in the correct order and at the appropriate maturity level
- Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with implementation vendors, platform providers, and external evaluators
- Collaborate with program leadership to align platform readiness with delivery milestones, identifying and resolving system-related constraints that could delay program outcomes
- Design and maintain systems that support federal reporting requirements, external evaluation needs, and audit readiness, including alignment with NSF expectations and evaluator data protocols
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital systems/platform management, program operations, and vendor oversight
- Strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, LMS platforms, and integration of third-party tools
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency in data extraction, data analytics, and visualization tools, with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, etc.
