Responsibilities
Responsible for the timely processing of all business transactions
Preparing outgoing invoices
Monitoring accounts receivable open items, managing dunning procedures, and checking and monitoring creditworthiness
Reviewing, pre-accounting and organizing accounts payable invoices
Maintaining the cash book
Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
Preparing reports and statistics
General HR administration and providing payroll-relevant data
Processing travel expense claims
Certificate administration and personnel statistics (workplace accidents, sick days, etc.)
Assisting with the calculation of personnel provisions
Secretariat duties, telephone handling, mail intake and correspondence, and support in daily operations
Collaboration with central accounting and payroll of the holding company
Requirements
Completed commercial or administrative vocational training
Professional experience in general administration or accounting, preferably in a production environment
Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
Affinity for numbers, confident manner, and persistence
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
