About the role

  • Clinical Product Manager at Semble ensuring compliance with clinical safety regulations in HealthTech. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate clinical insights into product development and enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with clinical safety regulations and represent clinical perspective in product development
  • Lead clinical safety operational workflows and development of clinical safety strategy
  • Partner with external nominated Chief Safety Officer (CSO) for clinical safety activities
  • Engage with clinicians to incorporate feedback into safety practices and workflow design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development to assess clinical feasibility

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and formal training in clinical safety
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DCB0129, DCB0160)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a cross-team role
  • Current professional registration (e.g., as a clinician, nurse) with at least 5 years’ experience as a practicing clinician
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) or in a similar clinical safety leadership role in a HealthTech company
  • Proven experience conducting clinical safety assessments and audits
  • Experience using a clinical safety platform such as Assuric
  • Ability to create and manage clinical safety documentation, including Safety Case Reports and Hazard Logs
  • NHS Digital Clinical Safety Practitioner accreditation (nice-to-have)
  • Proficiency in French (nice-to-have)
