About the role

• Werkstudent in Personalberatung and Marketing providing support in recruiting and marketing tasks. Engage in various administrative duties and project collaborations with a modern consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Support our team in its varied day-to-day operations.
• Take responsibility for implementing a professional applicant management process and for creating and placing our job advertisements.
• Support the team in executing marketing activities and maintaining our online presence.
• Contribute your skills to the preparation and execution of assessment centers.
• Collaborate on a variety of client projects (e.g., developing requirement profiles, creating job postings, and researching candidates — including via social media).
• Manage applicants within the recruitment process — from processing incoming applications to supporting interview coordination.
• Prepare and assist with coaching sessions on a range of career-related topics.
• Conduct benchmarking to develop new service offerings in collaboration with management.
• Optimize and further develop our online presence (website, social media).
• Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, scheduling, preliminary accounting, and more.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a business-related degree such as Business Administration/Economics or Business Psychology and are interested in HR consulting and marketing.
• You impress us with your open and personable manner.
• You approach your diverse responsibilities with motivation and determination.
• You have strong organizational skills.
• You have a high capacity for enthusiasm and learning and can independently familiarize yourself with new topics.
• In interactions with colleagues and managers you demonstrate team spirit, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications.
