About the role

  • Modern Workplace Engagement Manager connecting IT with business departments at SEEBURGER. Focusing on technology adoption and user experience of Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement adoption and change concepts for Microsoft 365, automation, and AI solutions (e.g., Copilot)
  • Plan and execute awareness campaigns, training sessions, workshops, and roadshows
  • Create and maintain use-case libraries, best practices, and success stories
  • Analyze user needs, feedback, and pain points
  • Derive concrete improvement measures for tools, processes, and communication
  • Support the design of a consistent, clear user experience in the modern workplace
  • Translate complex IT and security topics into clear, audience-appropriate communication
  • Act as a central interface between IT, business units, management, and external partners
  • Support leaders in adopting new ways of working
  • Capture, structure, and prioritize requirements from business units
  • Accompany modern workplace projects from change, communications, and adoption perspectives
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams (e.g., Modern Workplace Engineers)

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, adoption, enablement, or internal communications in an IT/digital environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
  • Nice to have: experience with AI or automation solutions (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform)
  • Practical experience working with stakeholders at various levels (business units, management, IT)
  • Basic understanding of IT security, compliance, or governance topics
  • Experience in international or hybrid work environments
