About the role
- Agile Master leading two cross-functional agile teams in software product development. Responsible for fostering collaboration and driving agile transformation at SEEBURGER.
Responsibilities
- As an Agile Master, you lead two cross-functional, internationally distributed agile teams in software product development.
- You embody agile values and principles and guide your teams toward effective collaboration.
- You ensure close and productive cooperation with other teams.
- As an organizer and facilitator, you share key responsibility for outcomes in agile ceremonies and workshops.
- You help teams remove impediments.
- Proactive conflict management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least three years of experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams
- Several years of experience in a software development environment
- Knowledge of common challenges in software development
- Interest in software craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills, empathetic, and a highly structured, results-oriented working style
- Experience with various agile methods such as Kanban and agile scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, etc.)
- Skills in mediation and people leadership
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
