About the role

  • Scrum Master working with software teams in Hamburg, driving agile methodologies and improving productivity. Collaborating with stakeholders and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

  • You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, contributing to higher productivity and quality
  • You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
  • Through coaching and mentoring, you promote the continued development of the team's agile working practices
  • You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solution approaches
  • You support the team in self-organization and in achieving sprint goals
  • Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the continuous improvement and company-wide optimization of agile practices, ensuring a common, clearly aligned approach

Requirements

  • You hold a completed university degree
  • You have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
  • Strong communication skills as well as proven coaching and facilitation competencies are among your strengths
  • You have a solid understanding of agile values, principles, and methodologies and can explain and establish them
  • Ideally, you have additional experience as a project manager or business analyst
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
