- Senior Scrum Master with strong API experience leading Agile teams on integration solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support teams working on API development, microservices, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of API-based solutions.
- Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on Sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Monitor team performance, velocity, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation for API and integration projects.
- Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies in complex integration environments.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong experience working with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
