About the role
- Agile Master leading multinational teams to achieve product vision and performance at SEEBURGER. Guiding agile principles and driving continuous improvement in software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead two cross-functional, internationally distributed agile teams in software product development
- Develop teams to realize the product vision and deliver top performance
- Embody agile values and principles and guide teams in collaborative work
- Ensure close and effective cooperation with other teams
- Enable teams to work autonomously and take responsibility
- Share decisive co-responsibility for outcomes as organizer and facilitator in agile ceremonies and workshops
- Help teams remove impediments
- Act confidently in conflict management and ensure equality within the team
- Drive agile transformation and organizational development within SEEBURGER’s development area
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Future tasks may include people management
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business/economics
- At least three years of experience as an Agile Master or Scrum Master working with one or more Scrum teams
- Several years of experience in a software development environment
- Interest in software craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills
- Empathetic
- Very structured and results-oriented way of working
- Ideally, experience with other agile methods such as Kanban
- Experience in agile scaling (LeSS, SAFe, Nexus, ...)
- Skills in mediation and personnel management
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
