Responsibilities
Active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships in the Rhine-Main area
Advising decision-makers from SMEs, industry, municipalities and property companies on security services and security concepts
Cross-selling in the area of facility management
Handling tenders, preparing proposals, cost calculations and presentations
Developing tailored security solutions together with operational decision-makers and prospects or existing customers
Market and competitor monitoring and identification of new potential opportunities
Sales reporting and documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Several years of sales experience in the security industry, with field/outside sales experience
Knowledge of security services is essential (e.g., static guarding, reception/front-desk services, patrol services, etc.)
Strong negotiation skills and experience with tenders/procurements in both the public and private sectors
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive, self-motivated approach
