Responsibilities
Responsibility for customer risk management for project clients and for managing risk-related processes across the customer lifecycle
Organize and oversee due diligence reviews for clients and external service providers
Identify enterprise-level risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures
Support, monitor, assess and enable strategic initiatives and projects from a risk perspective
Provide guidance on risk policy issues
Assess customer risks and determine risk mitigation actions
Foster organization-wide awareness of risk management
Requirements
Minimum of two years' experience in risk management within the financial sector
Experience in payment services and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
Analytical and strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach
Clear communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility
Enjoy tackling complex tasks and demonstrate initiative
Business-fluent German and good English skills
Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence; SQL skills for data analysis
