Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain a predefined established route, visiting customers on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, following safety and maintenance protocols.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
  • Participate in training and professional development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid Chauffer driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move product inventory (up to 50Ibs)
  • English language proficiency
