Responsibilities
Service and maintain a predefined established route, visiting customers on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised for maximum visibility.
Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock to minimize waste.
Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, following safety and maintenance protocols.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
Participate in training and professional development.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years previous sales experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Valid Chauffer driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move product inventory (up to 50Ibs)
English language proficiency
