About the role

  • Technical Sales Specialist in Brisbane or Gold Coast for KONE's New Building Solutions team. Supporting sales with technical and commercial solutions aligned to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the New Building Solutions Sales team to translate customer requirements into clear, optimised solutions that delivers value at every stage of the sales process
  • Provide content for pre-tender, covering technical solutions, technical drawings, cost estimates, lead times, risk assessments, and contractual verification
  • Attend customer meetings and address technical queries, when required
  • Support order finalisation and project booking, liaison with engineering on drawings issue and approval
  • Verify that all proposed solutions comply with local codes, regulations and safety standards, ensuring alignment with customer specifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years engineering or technical sales background
  • Experience working in the elevator industry preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to read layouts, specifications and drawings
  • Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team
  • Analytical minded with the ability to think outside the box
