Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing clients, including client visits
Present the hotel at trade fairs and client events
Acquire new customers / develop new business
Conduct property tours for prospective clients
Plan, organize and implement sales-promoting activities, such as creating mailings followed by telemarketing
Prepare proposals and quotations
Maintain customer records in Fidelio Suite 8 and NextGuest (training provided for missing knowledge)
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in sales
You have experience preparing correspondence, mailings, data management, research and compiling statistics
You are highly organized and a strong communicator
You hold a Class B driving license
