About the role

  • Senior Account Manager overseeing E-Commerce clients with significant Google Ads budgets. Analyzing performance, driving growth strategies, and coordinating campaign efforts with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for e‑commerce and growth companies with high six‑ to seven‑figure annual Google Ads budgets.
  • You understand your clients' business cases, analyze performance data, and develop clear, prioritized growth roadmaps.
  • You lead strategy calls, present results, and make decisions together with the campaign management team that drive revenue and profit.
  • You identify cross‑ and upsell opportunities based on data and position them in ways that genuinely make sense for the client.
  • You coordinate campaign management, copy, design and tracking — ensuring everyone works toward shared goals according to your clear prioritization.
  • You are responsible for the content and visual quality of presentations, reports and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of account management experience in online/performance marketing, ideally in an agency, consultancy or tech environment.
  • Experience with performance marketing projects, especially in the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (search advertising/SEA, copy, design, development, executive leadership).
  • Strong analytical skills: you read the numbers, identify patterns and derive concrete actions and strategies.
  • Proven track record growing existing accounts (increasing revenue/profit, longer engagements, expanded scope).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to explain numbers, sell strategies and build trust.
  • High personal standards: you aim to deliver excellent work, not just "okay".
  • Strong self‑organization: you manage multiple clients and priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Data‑driven, strategic mindset rather than relying on gut feel.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on responsibility.
  • Friendly, empathetic, humble — with very strong communication and organizational skills.
