About the role

  • Creative Project Manager coordinating content production for an e-commerce growth agency. Leading UGC campaigns and managing creator communications while ensuring content quality and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Management of content creators
  • Ensure smooth communication with creators throughout projects.
  • Ensure creators meet the established deadlines and follow up when necessary.
  • Verify that delivered content adheres to the provided briefs (tone, style, objectives).
  • Provide constructive feedback and request revisions or reworks if quality or expectations are not met.
  • Coordination of UGC campaigns
  • Plan and organize content production according to established schedules.
  • Oversee operational project follow-up and ensure deadlines are respected.
  • Manage the various deliverables for each project and centralize feedback before final approval.
  • Content quality monitoring
  • Review content to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Ensure productions are consistent with the defined visual identity and storytelling.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up to prevent any inconsistencies or errors in deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Ability to travel to Paris for video shoots
  • Ideally: Experience with UGC / TikTok / advertising or organic video content
  • Optional: Experience in e-commerce or agency environments
