About the role

  • Digital Experience Lead transforming CUBE's digital ecosystem into a high-performing platform. Overseeing website optimization, martech stack, and driving customer growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead website strategy, UX, content architecture, technical SEO, GEO optimisation, and personalisation.
  • Build a fast, coherent, AI‑ready digital experience that supports demand generation and customer growth.
  • Own the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integrations with Salesforce, APIs, automation, and analytics.
  • Partner with RevOps to implement scalable processes, reporting, and attribution.
  • Drive experimentation, CRO, and continuous optimisation across digital touchpoints.
  • Manage digital governance, data quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee digital analytics and provide insights that guide marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in website optimisation, UX, and technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of martech architecture and integrations.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, analytics tools, automation systems, and CRO tools.
  • Experience building scalable digital ecosystems in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to translate digital insights into commercial recommendations.
