About the role

  • E-Commerce Agent overseeing import/export operations for a logistics company. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export operations between Switzerland and international destinations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Swiss customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize customs processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation related to customs and clearance activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential data with a high level of responsibility and accuracy.
  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email, responding to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner.
  • Work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays, in line with operational needs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in managing customs operations, logistics or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with customs software systems and digital tools.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and strong team player attitude.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Swiss customs regulations and clearance procedures is a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English (additional languages are a plus).
