Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the manager.
- Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams on investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including required documentation.
- Support technology and process transfer from Process Technology Development teams (USA/Thailand).
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute positively to team, department, and company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in cleanroom process engineering, especially involving vacuum technologies, is a strong advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Open‑minded with a positive attitude.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good presentation skills.
