Responsibilities
Analyze, define and prioritize requirements for our software solution.
Further develop the existing solution and provide conceptual foundations for the platform's redevelopment.
Familiarize yourself with the existing legacy solution to gain a comprehensive understanding of its structure and logic.
Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team to develop user-centered solutions.
Assume the role of Product Owner in the medium term.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field, plus 3–7 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, ideally in the development and evolution of software solutions.
Strong technical understanding, particularly in software development, system architectures, APIs and system integrations.
Willingness and ability to deeply familiarize yourself with the existing legacy solution.
Strong conceptual thinking skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
