Implementation Manager ensuring onboarding and success of new clients at CINC. Collaborating with internal teams and clients for strategic management and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during setup & implementation period
Build implementation plan based on client's individual structure & goals; ensure milestones are met for optimal client success
Act as liaison between internal teams to ensure client needs are being met; coordinating amongst Compliance, Training, Client Marketing, and Technical Support
Act as trusted advisor and subject matter expert to clients in relation to the full suite of CINC products, solutions, and best practices
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive product adoption and drive results toward continued business growth and high client satisfaction
Determine when the client has completed the implementation period and hand-off to Account Manager
Requirements
2+ years of account management and product management in a SaaS organization
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities and clients with varying priorities
Desire and ability to be a hands-on contributor
Strong communicator who can give an excellent presentation and write an eloquent email
Strong understanding of the web, HTML, browsers, cross-browser compatibility, etc .
Empathy with a flair for understanding what a client really needs and why they need it
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
Self-starter

Experience with Salesforce Zoom preferred
Experience with remote technology tools such as SalesLoft is a plus
Real estate knowledge preferred, but not required
Proven record of successfully being measured on retention/churn, satisfaction, adoption, usage, and upsell goals
