Responsibilities
Our Product Growth team is looking for a Staff Engineer to run high-leverage, data-driven experiments for Scribe’s 5M+ users.
Partner with an analytical and product-minded team to brainstorm, plan, build, ship, and analyze rapid improvements across our acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage journeys.
Own critical experiments end-to-end: ideation and hypothesis, scoping with Product and Design, building and shipping, measuring impact, and scaling winners with iterative improvements.
Requirements
You have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend (startup experience preferred)
You thrive in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity
You enjoy diving into the data to make hypotheses and inform product decisions
You are user-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people
You’re curious and constantly playing around with tools and products to draw inspiration from
You are comfortable working with our tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor.
Bonus: You have 3+ years of experience working on a product growth team
Experience building lead generation pipelines
Experience working in Martech.
