About the role

  • Technical Sales Manager at SCIO Automation developing customized solutions for Industry 4.0. Collaborating with teams to drive sales and support customers in DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, initiating and implementing sales activities in line with company strategies
  • Developing concepts as well as pricing and quotation calculations
  • Providing technical consulting to existing and new customers and developing customized solutions
  • Close cooperation with the company's various specialist departments
  • Customer acquisition in existing and new markets, primarily in the DACH region

Requirements

  • Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation or a related field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally in an industrial environment (mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automotive, etc.)
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Strong communication, persuasion and execution skills
  • Confident demeanor and professional customer handling
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%, mainly within the DACH region)
