About the role

  • Sales Manager driving strategic sales of complex software solutions in healthcare. Building customer relationships with GKV, focusing on B2B advisory sales in a specialized market.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on software processes and identifying optimization potential in the healthcare environment
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and sales-related matters
  • Establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships within the GKV (statutory health insurance) sector
  • Developing new business opportunities and systematically expanding a strong network in the oscare® ecosystem
  • Delivering targeted presentations to specific audiences at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals
  • Assuming revenue responsibility after the onboarding/ramp-up phase
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with product and project teams to align offerings with market requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative software solutions
  • Professional background in the statutory health insurance (GKV) environment
  • Strong ability to build networks and win new customers
  • Experience communicating technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • High degree of self-organization, resilience and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented approach with a long-term relationship focus
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%) within Germany
  • Excellent German language skills at C1/C2 level and fluent English
