About the role

  • Field Service Manager responsible for service operations across multiple states. Leading teams in lottery operations, ensuring quality service and equipment management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all field service operations in Texas, Colorado, Ohio, and Illinois
  • Oversee warehousing operations in Texas, both in Houston and Dallas
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and verifying all equipment in inventory
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of all lottery games, hardware, software, supplies, and equipment
  • Communicate value of services and match products with customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to meet company goals
  • Identify both long- and short-term strategies/goals
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations on performance and field activities
  • Manage incidents in field operations
  • Assist in developing field operational projects
  • Recruit, develop, and support the team with training and feedback
  • Implement field service policies and procedures
  • Monitor and support sites/departments budget
  • Ensure proper use and service of company vehicles and equipment
  • Conduct regular site visits and phone calls to ensure service quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment and supplies
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years experience as a successful leader
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction skills
  • Have demonstratable leadership skills
  • Proven self-starter with motivation and ability
  • Organization and time management skills that enable effective multitasking
  • Maintain an escalation on-call status
  • Occasional ladder climbing
  • Ability to regularly lift or move 35 pounds or more
  • Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT certification and drug test
  • Ability to travel overnight
