  • Manager GPS Service providing technical customer service for Schwan Cosmetics. Involves global change management and support for compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Technical customer support for raw materials, packaging, formulations, and products
  • Global change management in the area of packaging
  • Support for compliance audits and certification processes
  • Continuous development of the customer service platform (SharePoint) using AI-based solutions
  • Management and maintenance of the global product portfolio in SAP EH&S for customer service
  • Support and further development of Smartsheet solutions
  • Subject-matter support and delivery of training for international subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical-technical assistant, or comparable qualification
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Good knowledge of SAP EH&S, SAP Recipe Development, and SAP BI
  • User-level experience with Smartsheet
  • Independent, structured, and methodical working style
  • Strong team skills and enjoyment working with various departments
  • Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
