Responsibilities

  • Execute the store operations playbook
  • Supervise all facets of the store's operations
  • Provide store performance reports
  • Identify local market opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain candidates
  • Manage team performance and provide coaching
  • Uphold customer treatment standards
  • Promote a culture of training
  • Oversee sales of all company products and services
  • Manage incoming leads generated by the Business Development Center
  • Accurately forecast unit sales and gross profit levels
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to review GM Scorecard
  • Manage vehicle inventory in collaboration with Inventory team
  • Partner with Service Manager to oversee service operations
  • Aim to achieve NPS results above corporate average
  • Foster employee engagement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Technical aptitude
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in SalesForce
