Responsibilities
You deliver engineering services for our hydropower plants and steel hydraulic engineering
With your expertise you plan, assess and implement refurbishment and modernization measures successfully
You support the design and evaluation of hydraulic turbomachinery
Sustainability drives you: you optimize work processes and underlying documentation
You contribute to special projects as part of interdisciplinary teams
You actively participate in quality management, thereby ensuring sustained work quality
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable, alternatively acquired specialist knowledge
Professional experience in executing technical projects with a focus on quality, schedules and budget
Solid knowledge in the design and assessment of hydraulic turbomachinery
Experience in plant engineering, preferably industrial valves, pressure vessels, turbomachinery or similar
Enjoy collaborating with people, excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
High level of initiative and commitment as well as an independent and structured working style
Driver's license (Class B)
Nice-to-have: experience with CAD and ERP systems
Experience in hydropower, particularly in pumped-storage and run-of-river plants
Basic knowledge of occupational safety and safety regulations
