About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the reliable operation of our medical software solutions (including SEMA, LFX, DARWIN)
- Planning, implementation and management of software installation projects
- Setup and maintenance of interfaces to practice and clinical systems (HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML) – especially via MIRTH
- 2nd-level support for internal teams and customers
- Testing, documenting and rolling out software updates
- Ensuring system documentation, standards and guidelines
- Close collaboration with Sales, Support, Product Management and customers
- Active contribution to the design and optimization of processes and workflows
Requirements
- Completed training/degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience in application operations / software environments, ideally in the medical sector
- Good knowledge of HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML; MIRTH is an advantage
- Strong skills working in Windows environments
- Excellent German and English (written and spoken); written French is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Analytical, solution-oriented, communicative and a team player
