About the role

  • Supply Chain Management Professional supporting activities across various functional areas of supply chain management. Collaborating on strategic development and performance improvement initiatives within a global mobility ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers and carry out activities across more than one functional area of supply chain management
  • Contribute to the formulation of functional strategies and support implementation across regions and departments
  • Conduct research and analysis in SCM and assist in developing relevant (global) policies and budget planning
  • Identify process and system optimization opportunities at global and/or regional levels
  • Execute assigned responsibilities to meet targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and schedule
  • Assess supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in supply chain management with a focus on logistics
  • First experience in project work is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of teamwork
  • Structured approach combined with proactivity
  • Good knowledge of SAP R/3 modules
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
