About the role
- Senior Demand Planner responsible for creating consensus demand plans leveraging analytical skills at Stryker. Collaborating with various partners to align business goals and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high quality consensus demand plans for the organization
- Leverage statistical analysis with best available cross-functional inputs
- Partner with local and regional Sales and Marketing partners and product launch teams
- Create and maintain high quality demand forecasts and demand forecast analytics
- Serve as the primary demand planning contact for Marketing, Sales, and Finance business partners
- Facilitate the demand planning process
- Act as a liaison to cross-functional senior management
- Partner with the global IBP team
- Responsible for execution of the product life-cycle management process for all new product launches
- Monitor SKU levels and recommend rationalization initiatives
- Responsible for continuous improvements in development, modification and adjustment of procedures, policies, processes, and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of equivalent experience will be considered
- 4+ years' experience required
- Experience in: Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Sales Operations/Planning, Finance/Accounting, or Marketing
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Fluency in English
