About the role

  • Inhouse Consultant supporting clients in Change Management and Learning projects in international settings. Engaging in project leadership and developing strategic solutions for Schaeffler Consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic consulting and support for our clients on change management and learning projects in an international environment
  • Needs analysis, strategy development, design and implementation using proven methods for change management (e.g., change story, change journeys, change impact assessment) and learning (e.g., learning journeys, learning needs assessments, curriculum development, storyboarding)
  • Development and creation of change management and learning assets tailored to specific project needs
  • Engaging and mobilizing senior stakeholders through interactive workshops and targeted advising
  • Depending on entry level, taking on (partial) project lead responsibilities or handling complex tasks
  • Active support in the further development and growth of Schaeffler Consulting

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, business, communications, adult education, HR/organizational development, pedagogy)
  • Several years of practical experience in change management, organizational development or learning & development
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Strategic and operational thinking as well as strong observation, analysis and interpretation skills
  • Persuasiveness, strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Creativity and conceptual ability to present complex topics clearly
  • Curiosity about new topics and perspectives, plus the willingness and energy to contribute as a service-oriented team player
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
