Responsibilities
Bridge strategy and execution by turning business objectives and member insights into digital roadmaps
Coordinate internal and external delivery teams, ensuring strong governance
Drive end-to-end delivery of Scene+’s multi-year digital product development roadmap
Champion continuous improvement of UI/UX and personalization
Serve as the primary digital counterpart to align product features
Manage vendors and ensure accountability to timelines and budgets
Define and monitor KPIs for new features and platform performance
Foster a high-performance culture across digital product teams
Requirements
Progressive experience in digital product management, product delivery, or digital execution roles
Proven success managing web and mobile product delivery within complex ecosystems
Experience in driving customer-centric product development
Expertise in digital delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, release management)
Experience with vendor and agency management
Strong understanding of UX design, personalization, and digital engagement strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, or Tableau
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage complex projects from planning through delivery
