About the role
- Strategy Manager coordinating capability development for Packaging at TRATON. Collaborating with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives across international brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the strategic roadmap for capability development in Packaging
- Work closely with senior managers from each of the four brands
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across international teams
- Align, clarify, and synchronize development of interfaces with other Group Logistics clusters
- Drive strategic alignment at the top management level
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose adjustments
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Group Head of Packaging
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy development and implementation
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- University degree in engineering, specialized in logistics
- Extensive (10+ years) experience within logistics
- Experience in a multinational, matrix organization
