About the role
- Legal Counsel providing legal expertise and guidance to TRATON Financial Services. Involvement in legal projects and support in corporate law matters while working closely with General Counsel.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in projects by advising on legal and strategic issues, including legal risk assessment
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Handle corporate law matters and its related paralegal support (e.g. notarization, apostille)
- Support new business plans and ventures with legal matters
- Promote and support organizational establishments and changes
- Support in various legal issues, such as outsourcing, service level agreements, IT agreements
- Support the General Counsel and the Legal team in driving the development of the department
Requirements
- Degree in law
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Additional language skills are advantages
- Experience in corporate law matters
- Experience in financial services, regulated market or banking industry is differential
