About the role
- As Manager of the Process & Digitalisation PMO, lead the digital transformation at Scania. Oversee project management and strategy alignment for effective process and system development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure planning for Scania's transformation towards increased digitalization
- Lead a team of approx. 10 experienced project managers and process leads
- Develop and maintain the high level plan for alignment of activities in transformation
- Ensure processes and system support are aligned with stakeholders
- Run Steering forums for management decisions on direction and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and identify deviations for necessary actions
- Include E2E re-design program for strategic changes in Scania's O2D process
