Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Program Management, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Successfully led large complex programs, projects, and initiatives with a structured approach, using PMP, Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale SaaS systems and collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Solid technical fluency across architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile planning using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, and Miro.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or 9+ years of equivalent Project Management experience.
- PMP certification, preferred.
