Responsibilities
Sta onze internationale Scania klanten telefonisch bij in het oplossen van hun vragen (lekke band, starthulp, boetes, depannages…).
Zorg ervoor dat de klanten snel en efficiënt worden verder geholpen en op regelmatige tijdstippen worden geïnformeerd.
Volg alle binnenkomende interventies en depannages op, van opstart tot afsluiten van het dossier.
Luister met de nodige vriendelijkheid en geduld naar de noden van de klant.
Requirements
Bachelor denkvermogen met ervaring in een klantendienst, pechverhelping of contactcenter…
Schoolverlaters met technische bagage zijn zeer welkom.
Zeer goede talenkennis: NL/FR/ENG.
