• Junior Project Manager responsible for managing eCommerce projects and supporting teams in a multinational environment. Starting position with clear growth paths to higher management roles.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding processes and systems;
• Complete the Starter Training Course;
• Convert high-level user stories into smaller tasks;
• Schedule and facilitate set team processes;
• Maintain team ambiance and arrange events;
• Notify Senior Project Managers of issues;
• Keep project roadmap updated;
• Provide feedback on team competence;
• Assess project scope versus resources;
• Maintain active communication with customers and teams;
• Collaborate with internal teams for delivery improvements;
• Upgrade competencies through certifications;
• Deepen knowledge of relevant libraries and platforms.
