Responsibilities
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for product launches and major feature releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Sales to build and execute integrated launch plans.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Build product enablement materials and collaborate with Sales Enablement to roll them out.
- Contribute to shaping the Product Marketing function and processes within the Product department.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback using tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, Hubspot, and Strapi.
- Support transversal initiatives demonstrating the value of Product Marketing across the organization.
- Prioritize initiatives and structure complex cross-team projects with clarity and impact.
- Mentor junior PMMs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing rituals.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to guide strategic decisions and ensure product-market fit.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management.
- Proven experience executing GTM strategies and managing end-to-end product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Amplitude, Metabase, or Hubspot.
- Background in cloud, complex B2B products, or fast-paced tech environments.
- Ability to create compelling positioning, messaging, and competitive analyses.
